Tis’ the season for running

Each year when the sun begins to shine, thousands of runners (experienced or not) are eager to sign up for their local 5k, 10k, half-marathon, full marathon, or whatever else they can get their feet on! Although the race date stuck in the back of our minds is a great way to keep us motivated to exercise for the big event, we must not forget one more crucial part of training – how to take care of our feet. Preventing foot injuries from happening is more than just finding a great pair of shoes.
